You will be appointed a project Manager (available at any time) responsible for keeping you informed of factory progress with your building, agreeing delivery and installation dates and coordinating and supervising the whole build program - ultimately ensuring that your experience of dealing with our company is a good one.

The Full Process...

2. Formal quotation emailed/posted to prospective client within 24 hours
3. Any required adjustments discussed and agreed
4. Final quotation and signed contract emailed/posted to prospective client
5. Client returns signed contract with (client retains a copy)
6. Factory commences manufacturing of client's
7. Build Manager agrees delivery/installation dates with client
8. Our installation team and materials allocated for installation dates
9. Site preparation (if necessary)
10. Installation (typically 2 to 4 days)
11. Clean up the site, removing all rubbish
12. Client quality inspection, checklist and sign-off
13. Build Manager formally hands over to client
14. Build Manager remains available to client to deal with any questions

The purpose of the site survey is two fold...

Firstly, to give you peace of mind by ensuring that your choice of garden office or Studio design and location is both appropriate and achievable. Our surveyor can either help you tweak your own plans or help you plan your new building from scratch - and because we can manufacture any design or size, you'll know that any recommendations about your garden office we give you will be based on your requirements and not limited to a handful of designs or sizes.

Secondly, our survey ensures that we will be able to meet your expectations should you subsequently choose to invest in a garden office from us. The survey visit is critical in planning a faultless installation.

The survey visit lasts for approx 45 minutes during which time our skilled surveyor will...

1. Listen to your ideas or requirements for your new office or studio
2. Discuss planning or building regulation issues particular to your location
3. Measure-up your garden and test the suitability of ground conditions in the possible build locations
4. With your help, plan a route for any electrical and communications cabling for your requirements
5. Photograph your garden for briefing the installation team at a later date for installing your new building
6. Finally, if you are still unsure of the type of garden office or studio that you prefer, our surveyor can sit-down and help you decide on the best build options budget and designs.

Our surveyor will then leave, return to the office and generate a formal quote* based on your exact requirements which you will receive within the next 24 hours.
