All joinery comes from our own factory that manufactures purpose made joinery for many trade customers the frame section is 90 mm with 57 mm doors and 24 mm double glazed units in toughened k glass with a seven point locking system as standard no one else equals this quality.
All walls floors and ceilings are insulated with 95 mm high density insulating boards
with fully breathable exterior surfaces then clad in western red cedar for beauty and long life our roof covering is an aluminium shingle that can be at 10 degrees that gives us that great garden office look that will be the envy of all for years to come doth for its lasting beauty but its all year round comfortable usability.

Should you decide to invest in a garden office, Offices, Studio or Studios then supply & installation is normally achievable in around 6 weeks. We install all year round - we aren't deterred by the weather.

3) Any required adjustments discussed & agreed
4) Final quotation & signed contract emailed/posted to prospective client
5) Client returns signed contract with (client retains a copy)
6) Factory commences manufacturing of client's
7) Build Manager agrees delivery/installation dates with client
8) Our installation team & materials allocated for installation dates
9) Site preparation (if necessary)
10) Installation (typically 2 to 4 days)
11) Clean up the site remove all rubish
12) Client quality inspection, checklist and sign-off
13) Build Manager formally hands over to client
14) Build Manager remains available to client to deal with any questions

ii) Discuss planning or building regulation issues particular to your location
iii) measure-up your garden & test the suitability of ground conditions in the possible build locations
iv) with your help, plan a route for any electrical & communications cabling for your requirements
v) photograph your garden for briefing the installation team at a later date for installing your new building
v) finally, if you are still unsure of the type of garden office or studio that you prefer, our surveyor can sit-down and help you decide on the best build options budget & designs.
