- With your help plan a route for any electrical and communication wires
- Photograph location for briefing the installation team
- If you are unsure about the type of garden office or studio that you prefer our surveyor can sit-down and help you decide on the best build options, budget and design.
Our surveyor will then leave, return to the office and generate a formal quote* based on your exact requirements which you will receive within the next 24hrs

Specifications:
Walls are 170mm wide with Tri-iso insulation lined with OSB boarding for stability on the inside.
Clad with western red cedar match boarding for the best weather proofing possible.
Internal electrics will be agreed and positioned to your own requirements
Walls are finished with plasterboard and decorated
Doors and windows are manufactured in our own factory to the highest standards that comply with Part L Building Regulations full draught seals and multipoint locking systems,
24mm toughened low E double glazed units
Fully factory glazed and spray finished to the colour of your choice
Purpose built roof with vaulted high level ceiling to allow for sunken spot lights to add that feel of luxury.
95 mm high density insulation with air flow externally to allow the roof to breath and stop condensation
EDPM Roof cover too full BBA approval with 20 year Guarantee
